She has led 11 transformational women's retreats over the last 3 years with many more to come.

Her mission is to help women caught up in the whirlwind of life to find calm, creativity and connection within themselves. Once in this centered space, women are able to access their innate wisdom, magic and oneness with the earth.

Rachael Forbes, or Mama Rach, is a dynamic and inspiring individual with a deep-rooted passion for creating safe and nurturing spaces for women.

Originally from New Zealand, Rachael spent six transformative years in London during the ‘90s.
Rachael’s family includes her four children (24 - 15):
Anna, Gabby, Ben, and Kai.
Her life is full of joy and creativity, as she embraces hobbies such as Capoeira, dancing, including her fondness for belly dancing, live music, and beautiful moments of connection and intimacy. 

We are thrilled to have Rach and her Goddess' mane of silver locks to bring the Maga wisdom and energy to The Women’s Space.

Taryn's mission is to empower women in all aspects of life, health and well-being. She supports women to deepen their understanding of their bodies whilst educating them on how various areas of life influence their overall health and wellness.

Her journey began with a personal quest to heal hormonal health issues through holistic approaches, which ignited her passion to educate women on listening to their bodies.

As an educator, Taryn recognises the interconnectedness of internal wellbeing and its external manifestations. She believes that when women are centered and balanced, they possess the ability to positively influence their surroundings. Moreover, she emphasises the transformative power of female solidarity, and how collective support fosters remarkable outcomes.

She helps women create dreams, set goals and embrace a life they love while cultivating deep lasting connections with their bodies, hearts and futures.
